My kefir water grains do not go up and down like a lava lamp. Is this a bad

thing?

The water is  fizzy after  a day of fermentation. I have never seen mine do

that.

I read in another post that they go up and down like a lava lamp. Is there

something wrong with my grains?

Do not worry, they will do that one day and you'll get entertained.

Yah mine are pouting now after being rinsed. Just a few are doing the lava lamp

shuffle. :^( I feel like a bad mommy.

Yeah, mine don't do that either but I am getting growth from 5 Tbs to

9 Tbs in about 3 weeks. Not sure this is good, bad, or indifferent.
