Has anyone else here experienced complete temporary paralyzation of their

legs? I did earlier this morning. It was as if they had fallen asleep, and I was

unable to move them at all. I could feel everything normally, but there was a

constant tingling sensation from my hips to my toes. I have since recovered

from this abnormality, but my legs have been in pain since they 'woke up'. Also

the tingling hasn't stopped. Is this just something that comes and goes, or

should I be more concerned?

Thanks ahead of time for any knowledge,

I have experienced the paralisis and tingling years ago. I never got a

explaination from my doctorexcept to say maybe it was my sleeping position at

the

time. I have not had this problem in years. I hope you find the answer, I know

this can be unsettling. Cathleen in Arkansas

I've experienced the tingling and complete numbness you are referring to. It

comes and goes. I have been waken at night with the experience. It really does

get your attention. There's no getting use to it, but I think something you

just have to deal with.
