Kefir Soda & Coconut Kefir?? Saw this advertised by Burgie's Organics, Anyone?

Does anyone know what this stuff is? It sounds tasty. I saw this

advertised in the back of the Weston A. Price Foundation's, " Wise

Traditions " magazine.

It says, made fresh to order.

How can we do this at home?
