Guest guest
Summertime...vacations common...how do we let the kefir grains rest while we're away? If I reduce the amount of grains, and let them soak in a lot more milk than they would normally get, will they be OK in the refrigerator for 10 days? Thanks, (sorry if this has been covered before!)
