Hi Marilyn,

I hope you will get rid of your inflamation soon with the help of Kefir.

For me and my family members, we just drink half a cup in the morning and

another half after dinner daily. One month into it, my hubby's pain in the heel

has gone and mine too. We used to suffer in pain each morning as we stepped down

from bed and now it's gone. I could not bend my left knee after too much of

walking and standing but I can now without the pain. My mum had similar problem

with her knee and it improves a lot (she is pending knee replacement surgery).

My dad sufferred constipation for years due to diabetes medication but now he

passes motion with ease every morning. See, this is just the beginning of

reclaiming back our good health.

Marilyn, you haven't shared with me how to get rid of the yeasty smell in

kefir...hahaha.

-----------You rinse the kefir grains before each batch until the excess yeast

goes away. You will know when to stop rinsing because you are going to taste it

each time.

Some of us in the family experienced some skin rashes similar to a mosquito

bites with a break out in the centre of the rash since we started kefir (mostly

on our limbs and legs). Do you experience the same?

-------------No, I'm way beyond that having drunk kefir for 30 years.

Marilyn

Regards,

Shirl
