Guest guest
At present I do not have the ability to dry my own fruit for use in my water kefir. I bought some dried apricots from the grocery store and I noticed that they have sulfur listed in the ingredients (FYI, I bought them for other purposes but wanted to try a different type of fruit in my water and thought of them). I do not want to use it if it will harm the grains. What effect does sulfur have on water grains (or even milk grains)? ------------------ Sulfur kills bacteria. Keep sulfured fruit out of your brews. And please sign your posts. Thanks, Marilyn
