Guest guest
First I would like to say --thanks Marilyn. It was a great shipment! Since I have grown kefir before I knew what to expect. I covered them in milk. Lots of milk the first 3 days. Just to make them happy from their journey across the US. I could smell the sour and other things that people have been describing but I kept them in a dark place, swished them a couple of times each day and let them have lots of cow's milk each day. (Sorry Marilyn I just can't do goat's milk ) Well today is Sunday and my Kefir is happy and it is the right smell and consistency so I just want to say don't get discouraged, grains right themselves quite easily with a little patience. Thanks again and Have a great day. http://yellowcanaryalert.blogspot.com/
