pasteurized. So I really watch out for that " organic " word. It is becoming

totally meaningless. It's best to know your supplier. "

Organic milk here certainly isn't pasterurised if you buy it at the farm of

origin. I'm not sure about the supers' milk. I need to check that out. Organic

here means grown on pastures with no artificial fertilisers but just chicken poo

and such, added to the pastures.
