Council Hall.

The Governor appreciated the Avahan for its support to the " Project

ORCHID " in Nagaland and further noted that the new initiative would

complement the State's objective of stemming the growth of the HIV

epidemic in Nagaland.

The grant was announced by Avahan in March 2004.

AIHI and EHA will collaborate with the Nagaland State AIDS Control
