Guest guest
Hi Lizzie Yup, true blue...well actually I'm an import (from South Africa), but I pretty much grew up in Oz, near Bondi Beach mostly apart from a few long stints in northern NSW (Byron, Mullumbimby etc). I've just ordered kefir grains from Marilyn...just awaiting the Israeli postal system, notoriously slow, and am reading up all I can to get ready to start...excited to get going. I buy organic milk at the local supermarket for my milk drinkers (I have a few casein free) but hope that I can get them all back into good dairy once I've reintroduced it and flooded them with good probiotics via kefir, Will be happy to join in the keffirisation of Israel once I get going...
