I have made cornbread with kefir several times and it turned out well. Actually, I don't measure when I bake cornbread, but this is the recipe on the bag of cornmeal except for replacing buttermilk with kefir. Kefir could probably be used in place of buttermilk in many recipes, don't you think? Will you all please share your recipes with the rest of us in our Database section? Thanks!
