What happened to my grains????

Hi Everyone!

I have had my milk grains for approx 1 year now and they have been

great! BUT, 2 days ago they just stopped making kefir!! I have always

used the same raw, organic milk...nothing has changed. Saturday

morning, I went to strain and it was as if I had just added the milk. I

thought maybe it was just a fluke so I changed the milk and 24 hours

later, the same thing! Any ideas as to what could have happened??? I

keep racking my brain trying to think of something I may have done, but

I can't think of anything.

So, I live in Massachusetts, does anyone have grains available?
