Guest guest Posted October 2, 2008 Report Share Posted October 2, 2008 Hi there! My first post here! My husband and I started making Kefir last Friday with pretty good success I would say. But, the other morning my husband opened up the kefir to strain and the jar had SO much pressure that the canning lid popped off with great force. That has never happened before....what exactly does that mean? If anything? Also, can anyone share some recipes with me on how to mix kefir with fruits and such so that my 2 year will eat it?
