It's happening again.

BTW, Marilyn, those grains are outstanding. I make 2+cups everyday.

I'm kind of mean to them - fermenting in a plastic cup; cold 2%

straight from the fridge; I even rinse the cup in tap water.

They don't care. All they do is culture the milk and grow.

If I'd worked that hard, I'd still have a job!
