Hi <br><br>Just in case you were beginning

to feel ignored, I'll reply to your post!

Unfortunately I don't have an answer for you, but wouldn't your

PT know? If I remember I'll ask my PT and let you

know what he says. Maybe a search on the web might

produce some leads?<br><br>PS - I find it incredible that

you do karate with CP??!! Is this a good

idea?!<br><br>Joe

Hello, ,<br><br>Have you tried medical

supply places? Here in the US they have the disposable

ice packs at most drugstores. I think Band-Aid might

make them, but I'm not sure. I will try to get one and

look at the manufacturer info. Maybe there is a phone

number or something where you could order them? Or have

you done any online searches? I'll keep

thinking.....<br><br>Jeannine

Hi ,<br><br>I asked my PT about this today

and he suggested a company which he uses called

" Physio Med " . Their phone no is 01457 860444 (in the UK).

I don't know if they have what you want but it's

worth a try.<br><br>Also if you search the web

using<br><br><a href=http://www.altavista.com/

target=new>http://www.altavista.com/</a><br><br>and enter<br><br>+medical

+supplies +uk<br><br>as the

search string you might get some links, for example this

site does some funny water gel dressings (they're

meant for burns victims - might not be exactly what you

want):<br><br><a href=http://www.999supplies.com/cg150001.htm

target=new>http://www.999supplies.com/cg150001.htm</a><br><br>Incidentally, I

stumbled over an article on the web which

advises CAUTION when ice'ing. Do not exceed 30 mins under

any circumstances because you can give yourself

frost-bite. The skin dies and goes black next day. You can

cause serious permanent damage this way apparently. I

think 15 mins ice'ing is OK.<br><br>Good luck!<br>Joe
