Guest guest
Hi Rob, I own a retail shoe store mainly mens except for Mephisto. Even I do not know where to get size 6 slippers. However a womens size 8 would probably fit. Hammecher Schlemmer carries a nice fur lined cushy moccasin type slipper with a rubber sole. The model# is 43414 $64.95. However it probably won't be available until Sept. Their order Tel # is 800-543-3366. They also have a model without the fur for $59.95 the model number is 70675. Good luck. Guest guest
Rob: I was in Branson about a month ago and found a shoe-moccasin type store & bought a pair of moccasins.I thought that $32.00 was a bit much, but I'm glad that I bought them anyway. The clerk was very helpful and she showed me many pairs of styles, sizes & colors. My size is hard to find--7 & 1/2, have fleece inside and stay on my feet well. Also, you can have lots of fun there in Branson, MO. in the land of the Illini
Guest guest
Rob, Have you tried those water shoes? They're made for use when your swimming. I think they are Aqua Socks or something? Teri PS I know what you mean about the ones with out backs....what a pain.

Guest guest
Hi Rob, I wear sheepskin slippers that my mother makes. She cuts a sole and uses a hole punch around the edge then cuts a top and heel and does the same. Then crochets them together. Using a drawstring around the ankle. They are great. Perhaps you know someone crafty, that could give them a go.
Guest guest
Hi , Thanks for the info, I have thought about doing this for a while. But I am wondering: Where does someone find sheepskin? If I can find the material, I will give this a try. It make take a time or two, but I think I can make it work. Rob
