Guest guest
Rob, Yes, Uggs might work for you. I have been wearing them for years - mostly outside, as I go barefoot inside. I garden in them, sometimes I wear them to aquatics, etc. I don't know if they would allievate your foot pain or not, but in my experience, when walking on hard surfaces, such as wood floors, it will be hard on my feet. I buy my Uggs 1 and 1/2 sizes UP from my normal shoe size. This is because the fur inside can be tight. It will eventually get padded down and molded to your feet. But Uggs offer thick soft padding and no socks required. Go to dogpile.com and search for Ugg boots or Uggs. Shop around too - some can be expensive, some are less and actually better made. Look for Uggs on Ebay too. Somewhere I have a link to an online store for reasonably priced Uggs. Will go look for it. I have found the Uggs made in New Zealand are the most well made and last the longest and so those are what I have. Uggs come in different styles too, not just the short or tall boot, but another one that is more slipper like. However, I get the ones called " short classic " . Mine can be folded over at the top, so they look more like shoes. Uggs have been very popular here for years - first time I saw them was on some surfers after their day was done. Very cool.
