Gretchen,

I do have support in the arch area. Maybe it just takes some time to adjust.

Should your legs feel tired the first few days? I think they are making me use

muscle that have be dormant? Is that true? They feel pretty good on the bottom.

Thanks,

ann

anne,

Yes, it does take some time to adjust to them - like I said, your foot

is being made to walk in a different way. In my case, my legs felt more

energized (maybe this was psychological) since the orthotics felt really

good. My legs have remained strong through the years with exercise, etc.

But, yes, could be you are working muscles in a new way - not

necessarily dormant, but those that haven't been up to as much use

before.

It's a good sign they feel good on the bottom :)

Hi Gretchen, Thanks so much for all the info on the orthotics. And yep I will

try and get my money back for the ones that were made, cause she just doesn't

like them or wear them. I love this site and appreciate all the helpful info...

Have a good one,,, Elaine
