Guest guest
Mike, I can type so much easier now after 3 months of the large doses of Vitamin C. My hands feel free.
Guest guest
I find massages help me to type but I also sleep with my hands in splints every night. Cathleen in Arkansas
Guest guest
I recently complained to my therapist.that my manual dexterity seemed to have diminished. He recomended tapping all the fingers of one hand at a time on a hard surface whenever you can. First start out with the right for one week. You should be able to tell the difference between the two hands after one week. Ben
Guest guest
I work for an attorney who also likes to leave his door open. He also likes to dictate letters a lot so I bought him an air filter. Its an older type one with a rather loud fan so it is difficult to hear past his door. Typing is getting more and more difficult here as well and I'm actually wondering how long I will still be useful. My boss says it doesn't matter as I am not technically his secretary but his paralegal, my job has more to do with client interviews and research but I still worry about my usefullness. Especially when it takes me 5 minutes to type a 1 page letter to a client. Teri
