Dear FORUM,

We are holding our next " HIV/ AIDS Basic Training Program For Primary Care

Providers " , which is designated as 03B04 on 27 March 2004. We are pleased to

invite entries of your names for registration. The program consists of 1 full

day class room training and four follow up sessions.

One full day training will be conducted between.

9a.m. to 5:30 p.m. On Saturday, 27 March 2004 At The Auditorium of Wockhardt

Hospitals- Mulund. Mulund Goregaon Link Road, Bhandup, Mumbai : 400076. Ph

All the interested candidates are requested to enroll their names to confirm

their participation in the said program ( one day training + four follow up

sessions) by replying to this email. Your reply should furnish following

We will be accommodating first 35 entries.

Copy of the Schedule of one day program is attached. Details of four follow up

sessions will be provided on the day of the training program. The food

supplements and training material for the sessions will be provided by WHARF.

Nominal registration fees of Rs. 300/- ( Rupees Three Hundred Only) are

applicable. The registered candidates will be making the payment in cash to

WHARF officials on 27 March 04. The candidates will report at the said venue at

8:30a.m. on 27 March 04 for the proceedings. Should you have any queries, please
