Yoga in Phoenix

Here are some links for Yoga in Phoenix. Having lived there for 6 years,

I know how the valley is spread out and have no idea what part you're

in. As for Yoga, when I did it I started out in a " Yoga for Seniors "

class, even tho I wasn't a senior, I was just looking for a 'starter'

program. After that I just did Yoga for beginners. My classes were at
