Dear ers,

I just received the July/August issue of Quest Magazine published by

MDA. I'm pleased to tell you there is a story in it about me - in the

article on substance abuse and recovery. The title of the story is " The

Many Faces of Addiction " .

Three of us with neuro diseases were interviewed about our lives/who we

are/what we do, etc.

The story on me really focuses on recovery and it also mentions

and why it was started.

For those of you who don't know about Quest, it is a bi-monthly magazine

published by the MDA with a circulation of about 118,000. It features

many stories and articles about living with a neuromuscular disease. The

story on me is on page 41 and 42, but the entire article begins on page

37.

This new issue isn't up on the MDA website yet, but as soon as it is, I

will send you the link.

Just wanted to share some good news. It was such a pleasure working with

the article's writer and being interviewed for this piece.
