Guest guest
First off, I want to thank everyone who responded to my question about houseshoes. Your input has given me some great ideas. I am needing to lose some weight, as I think this will help alleviate some of my CMT-related pain in my feet & legs and also give me more energy. Before my symptoms began to worsen about 2 or 3 years ago, I was at my ideal weight of 165-170 lbs most of the time. Due to lack of activity and because I really like to eat, I now weigh around 200. I have successfully lost weight in the past (relatively speaking, if I had really been " successful " at losing weight, why would I be needing to lose weigh now, right?). I know that eating right (long-term) is the best way to lose weight, however, because of my limitations in exercise I am seeking ideas on some of the currently popular weight-loss products. I am very leary of most of these products advertised on TV and radio, but I figure that maybe some are still worth a try. Does anyone here have any experience with some of these products like Cortislim, etc.? Rob
