Hi Liz, Thank you thank you. I sat here at the

computer (while at work of course) and put my cursor

on each 1 pah, 2 pah, as I did them. I made it to all

ten without stopping and " forgetting " to keep count.

Ten at one time, made me feel oh so much more

productive and not as haphazard. This kept me on task

so to speak. I'm gonna keep this msg and use it as my

counter during the day. Amazingly, it's a little kick

to get me going. Thanks

Hi Cristi,

Way to go!!! I am so proud of you. I find that if I do the breaths while I am sitting at the computer, I don't get a stiff neck, and I feel so much better. It really is one of the most convenient ways for me to get my extra lifts in during the day. Don't forget to squeeze the muscles you are sitting on. It will keep you hind end smaller, tighter, firmer and a lot less tired when sitting for long periods of time. It is just another version of the pelvic tilt.
