Guest guest
Like you, I do experience this! It is not every day like you said, BUT there are days where I feel exactly like I have been run over by a bus! It is usually after I have exercised somewhat vigorously, and boy do I pay the price! karon
Guest guest
, I have some days like this but they are always after I've overdone it and didn't rest when I should have. Not only do I feel like I've been run over by a streamroller but my legs feel like jello or limp pasta noodles. :-) A hot bath, a couple of Ibuprofen, some chamomile tea, and a rest on the couch has me back in shape in short time. I've learned over the years to try not to overdo it in the first place, but sometimes it's hard to cut back on activities especially when you're having fun. Guest guest
I get the run over by train feeling when heavy rains are expected and i can't sleep. an old foot injury tells me when rain is coming and the pain causing me so much pain I don't sleep. when I lose sleep it throws my body into some sort of fit and then I feel like I have been run over by a train or drug behind a truck on those days I just sit and read a book. Guest guest
, I, too, have experienced all over body aches. Sometimes it happens for no apparent reason. Most of the time, however, it happens because I overworked my body the previous day.
