Guest guest
Kathy, You asked about voice cord paralysis. From a report given me of my possibly rare Type 2D, voice cord paralysis is a complication. On other reports I have read it is a complication of Type 2C. Really that is all I know except that at this time my voice is lower but still okay. There are times when I speak and no one appears to hear me, but I just ride it off as I am speaking too softly. Perhaps a question to Dr. Shy at Wayne Univ. in Detroit or Dr. Lovelace of NYC who is (I believe) Medical Director of the CMT Association would be helpful. Good luck and blessings, P.
