Guest guest
Hi All! I know, long time no hear huh? I have a quick question. I gave my sister, as a birthday gift, one of my body wrap sets. She has only used it for a few days, but has noticed that since using this; she is moving her bowels (sorry ladies but this is the question) more. For her, this is rare; very rare! As I know this is a good sign that the toxins are leaving her body; but has anyone else noticed this? Thanks for the info. Wanda. ________________________________________________________________________ Get Your Private, Free E-mail from MSN Hotmail at http://www.hotmail.com

Guest guest
Glitz- Here is my better explanation... :-D You start with the table covered with the mylar blanket. On top of this is a nice thick warm blanket, and then two bath towels laid lengthwise to cover it all. You have them lay on top of this, they can either be in their altogether, or wearing their bra and undies, I always leave that up to the client, and explain that whatever is most comfortable for them works for me. On top of them I put either a flannel blanket or another large bath towel or two lengthwise to cover them. Then as I said before, I fold the sheet down to the top of their buttocks, work on the back and recover the back, uncover one leg, work on it and recover it, and then the other leg. Then you stand on one side of the table, lift up the covering on the far side of the bed away from you, and let them roll over onto their back. Cover them again with those same towels or sheet, and place a hand towel over the breast area. Work on the front of each leg as with the other side, and then each arm, and then have them hold the hand towel firmly over the breasts while you pull the main towel/sheet down to expose the abdomen, work on that area, and recover the abdomen. If they are heavy breasted you can use the back of your hand through the towel to lift the breast from underneath to apply the wrap ingredients, scrub, whatever treatment to the area under the breasts while you have the abdomen exposed. So you are holding the breast out of the way with the back of one hand while doing your treatment with the other hand. When all the treatment is applied, you wrap one side of the blanket over them to cover them, and then pull out the covering sheet/towel, which os probably wet by now, and the wrap the other side of the blanket over them. Then wrap the whole thing in the mylar blanket. Some people are a little claustrophobic, and prefer their feet exposed. Ask what is most comfortable for them. If they want them covered, you have their feet already wrapped as we described by having folded the blanket and mylar over them, I then just take the end of this wrap and tuck it under their feet. If they want their feet exposed then I just open the bottom of the blankets up enough so they are comfortable. Some people are really comfortable wrapped up like this and will relax right away, some people like to have you stay in the room with them because of slight claustrophobia, so again, ask their preference. Some people even prefer to have their arms free. Also, have a glass of cool water with a straw handy to hold for them if they want a drink, and have a cool facecloth that you can wipe their face and forehead with if they are especially sweaty from the wrap. HTH, let me know if you have other questions! Lynda Glitz wrote: >Lynda--thanks for the response---Okay let me get this straight LOL. Guest guest
Lynda--- Thank you so much for the percise instructions. I knew some of it but not all of it. My niece is the one that gave the massages. She had a horrible time breaking me from calling our business massage parlor LOL--she kept stressing ~Clinic~. She was very good and everyone loved her she was for the client and making them feel comfortable like you are saying. She developed something wrong with her wrist and could no longer give massages. Again Thank you for the instructions. Glitz Re: Body wrap question > Glitz- > > Here is my better explanation... :-D You start with the table covered > with the mylar blanket.
