Hi guys!

Hope everyone is having a great day! I actually did my usual workout today praise God! I didn't do anything the weekend which is normal for me, but I even missed yesterday! You can all fuss me out later LOL

Anyway, today I did 8 minutes on my Oxyflow, OiP, 10 Frogs with 5 LL breaths, 30 crunch-pulses with 3 LL breaths, 10 LL breaths with the tilt(lying down) and then 2 LL breaths with a full stretch. Still trying to eat low carb. Definitely not NO carb :-) Actually I mostly try to leave out bread and as much sugar as possible. But sure seems like so much stuff already has sugar in it!!! But I do pretty good. I believe I'm also going to try that other cleanse Karma told us about. See what happens. Anyone else who does the 7 day cleanse, please let us know how you did and felt on it, OK? Thanks :-)
