Hi all. Haven't done LL today yet, but I have been

cleaning out cabinets, closets, etc. so I have worked

up a sweat. Will do stretch band video shortly. I'm

feeling great becuase I have been productive today

cleaning house! So, I will feel wonderful after doing

the video I'm sure.!!

Donna, I would start your walk with God by saying a

prayer. Tell God you don't know how this all works,

but that you want to learn. Ask Him to bring people,

events, books, tapes, etc. or anything that will help

you understand His word and His will for your life.

He will guide you! If you want to give your heart to

Him, tell Him that! You don't even have to be formal,

just plain ole words. He'll take care of the rest!

Congratulations on your desire to walk with God! You

are about to have His grace change your life!

Let's all remember to have a safe and fun filled

holiday. I'm off to do my breathing now!
