Guest guest
Hello and Welcome! Glad to have you with us! I am a convert too because I felt the same as you concerning BF and LL. Doing LL now, I have seen results happening faster than ever. I use the original LifeLift tape, explaining how to breath and giving excercises positions that have been very effective to keep up " the glow " . Doing BF, the glow lasted a few days. I was always trying to achieve it thereafter with no results. So far, LL has continued the glow and I feel wonderful after my routine in the morning. I picked out different excercises (about 15) and do each of them 3 times which gives me 45 LL breaths. As you know, from BF'ing, 40 breaths is the least you can do for results. Also, I find the breathing so gentle, I do it throughout the day driving, holding on a telephone etc. It just relaxes me. Its not " harsh " so you can do it anywhere. The accuppressure is used for lifting the face area and very beneficial too. I believe in accuppressure because I use to tell everyone about " Seabands " which are worn on each wrist like a sweatband with a button attached. The button is placed on a accuppressure point (NuQuan-spelling might be off, but that's what it sounds like...an ancient Chinese recipe. LOL!) Truth is, they work and help with seasickness, flu, morning sickness and anything that throws off you stomach. Calming the body completely in 5 minutes after putting them on. (Proof, portholes that look like Magtag washers on a ship in Tahiti and me wearing seabands feeling just fine, while the rest of the ship lost their dinner that evening. LOL! Truth be known!) Many still use the Lion face and Monkey faces to get results, or so I have read. BUT accuppressure is doing the same for them, as well as the one extra step with breathing that does wonders for your jawline and neck area. The tape is very calming and at a slower pace. I find that the slower the breaths and movements gives the body a chance to respond and you achieve better results quickly. For me, I achieved in 7 days what it took me to do in almost 4 weeks (1 month!) with BF'ing...I have to admit, I'm sold on LL. I wish you great success too. Just relax, breath and see the results happen fast! Best of intentions to you! Tij > Hi Everyone. I'm new to this group.
