Guest guest Posted August 11, 2000 Report Share Posted August 11, 2000 Hi Breathers, Today I did 130 LL breath stretches and 15 BBB. I also did something called the Kung-fu breath. It's so funny! You're supposed to take a deep breath, then look up towards the ceiling and say, " Ha " loudly and do this 10 times before each meal. It's supposed to help you digest your food better. My kids thought I was crazy, but they kept saying do it again, do it again. So all day it was ha!, ha!, ha! I've been reading " Jump Start Your Metabolism " by Pam Grout. This is where I got these breaths from and there are a lot more types of breaths written in the book. Have a wonderful sleep!
