Guest guest
Yes, I have been on Provigil for about 3 months. It does help my cognitive functioning. I was having problems retrieving the right words for things, multi-tasking, etc. It is quite a bit better but not what it was pre-CML. I started out on 100mg of Provigil once a day for two months, now take 100mg two times a day. I'm not so sure how it is affecting my fatigue level. I'm able to push through the fatigue during the day, I think because of the Provigil, but at night my body is soooo tired (but then again, I'm accomplishing more). I don't know if this helps you make a decision or not, I sound kind of contradictory. By the way, I am a 49 year female, dx 6/07, single mother of two teens at home, and a special education teacher. I was on 400mg Gleevec, it was just increased to 600mg. So you can see, I have a very full plate. Good luck,
