Guest guest
Hi Ethleen, Welcome to the LL list. :-) When I do the pah I very seldom wheeze. I don't think that the wheeze sound is necessary. When I used to do BF the wheeze is what caused me to have problems getting the air out of my lungs like you're supposed to when you do the pah. The wheeze was teaching me to close my throat. This also caused me to have problems when I went to the allergist to get my shots. I always have to blow into a peak flow meter to make sure my oxygen levels are ok because of my asthma. My levels were very low because of the wheeze from BF, I had to re- teach myself how to blow the air out correctly. When I hold my breath, I try and hold it as long as I can. This causes me to focus more on the body part that I'm working on for a little longer making the stretch or movement even more effective. I hope your eyes are better soon! I'll pray for you. I hope my info. helped! Love, Liz ________________________________________________________________ YOU'RE PAYING TOO MUCH FOR THE INTERNET! Juno now offers FREE Internet Access!
