DRINK as much WATER as possible to get your fluids back in order. On the Water Cure for stomach problems, the doctor made someone drink water until about the 12th glass and his stomach ache subsided. With deyhdration your body will ache like madd! DRINK UP DRINK UP! Add a tsp of salt too. No kidding...it works! Also get your electrolights back with gatoraide. It helps!
