I was hoping that it would be ok to stop and start during those 40

breaths. Normally I do get up before my daughter, but I'm sure you know

there are always days where those extra minutes, even seconds, of sleep

are priceless!! Even though I've only done LL for one day, I can already

feel the difference from BF. I never got that light headed feeling that

Rashelle talks about with BF, but this morning after I finished LL, I

definitely felt it, so I KNOW I'm doing it right. I also know that I

will enjoy this group. I can tell already that you all want to help each

other and care about each other (especially after reading the post from

" Texas Mom " - I'm so sorry that you've had to go through all of that - it

sounds horrible!) I have never been good at sticking with exercise, so

know I will need all of the encouragement I can get.

Thanks

Beth B.

See our sweet little cheer leader, I told you that you were making a big

difference for someone. I will bet there are lots more out there who feel the

same way.

I know I do.

Isn't it nice to know you are appreciated?

Take good care,

Rashelle

Thanks Liz,

All your daily posting finally got me going. I've already started my

breathing faithfully about 2 & 1/2 to 3 weeks ago. Now I want to catch up

to the turbo Breather!

I was very sore in my arms, pecs and shoulders when I first started, but

not my neck. I've been doing other exercises for my neck.

The ab dolly will work all the weaker muscles first. It really worked

the muscles over my hips. They really need it!!

The ab dolly also made a big difference in my walks. I was also really

feeling very sore in my inner thighs!! I guess it was because my lower

abdominal muscles and hip muscles were no longer sagging and it helped my

posture. My lower stomach muscles were always very weak and my tummy

would stick out even when I was thin. Now my lower torso is in better

alignment.

Hey, I'm going to change my list name to 'Skinny ' - just one more

subliminal suggestion to help me out.

Love,

Hi Rashelle and ,

I really enjoy cheering everyone on. I have so much fun trying to think

of cheers to post for others, maybe there's a book on cheers that I can

buy. I'll have to check it out. I was never a cheerleader in school, but

I'm having fun being one now.

Give me a " L " (L), give me an " I " (I), give me an " F " (F), give me an " E "

(E), Give me another " L " (L), give me an " I " (I), give me an " F " (F), and

give me a " T " (T)... What's that spell? LIFE LIFT, what's that spell?

LIFE LIFT.... Yeah!!!! LIFE LIFT Yeah!!!!!! :-)

Love, Liz
