Guest guest Posted October 24, 2000 Report Share Posted October 24, 2000 Hi Everyone, Congratulations to those of you who have stuck with the challenge ...I am so proud of you!!! Those of you who have had to start over ...I proud of you too for recommitting yourself Ü. As for me, I'm back to day one ...I made just over a week the second time around, then missed a day, started the challenge again, and missed another day after doing it for a couple days. So today is day one, AGAIN! I am determined to do this, though. I've made myself get up this morning and begin my day with LL. I miss doing it first thing in the morning, but I've grown accustomed to sleeping in until I absolutely have to get up. For the past couple of weeks I've mostly been doing LL at night ...sometimes cutting it close to midnight, and although my workouts are good and it's proving to be just as effective, I'm missing out on that " good " feeling throughout the day. So for me, I really have to challenge myself to get up a little earlier to do it! Anyway, just wanted to check in to say I'm rooting for you all! Guest guest Posted October 24, 2000 Report Share Posted October 24, 2000 I'm back with you Tara, After 16 days in a row I missed a day, started back on Monday, but yesterday I painted baseboards and sealed tile all day and litterally fell into bed last night, so today is day one for me. I woke up at 4:00 this morning so I did 45 LL breaths with stretches (after a cup of coffee) teee heee! Anyway the point is we are persevering and will make it sooner or later.
