Ben,

An exercise I have found of great benefit for the front part of the foot

and ankle is the step exercise. Since I am doing this in a pool, my step

is actually higher than in a regular 'step' class. Every 10 steps, up

and down, I switch legs. You will stand in front of the step, and lift

your leg up, foot first, to get up on the step. Try this in water. It

has been great for me; making muscles work, improving muscle groups, and

keeping my legs in good shape.

As for the B6, it MAY have a toxic effect on the periperal nerves, so my

suggestion is to ask your neurologist about your vitamin regimen.
