Guest guest
I was born with a pre-disposition to motion sickness - boats, planes, cars, trains, etc. I have never attibuted this to my CMT, in the same way my allergies or my Rheumatic Fever are not attributed to CMT. My saving grace for travel/movement is the Transderm Scop behind the ear patch. It allows me complete comfort on boats, planes, etc. For short trips over our mountain roads I take a Marzarine tablet. (Was recommended by my pharmacist - it is what he took!) It is available over the counter. And for our herbalists/natural products members, I have also used ginger capsules, but nothing makes me more " normal " than the Transderm Scop patch. (It is available by prescription only) ~ Gretchen
