About the Organization:

FXB INDIA Society works in the areas of HIV/AIDS, disadvantaged children &

Health & Human Rights. In India, FXB India Society has initiated and supported

programs in all the States & Union Territories.

FXB's mission is to reduce the spread of HIV/AIDS, support & advocate for the

orphans & vulnerable children left in the wake of the AIDS pandemic and to

ensure Human Rights for the people & children infected & affected with HIV/AIDS.

FXB India Society, West Bengal office is looking for a suitable individual for

the position of Program Co-coordinator.

Major Responsibilities:

The principal role of the Program Co-coordinator will be to coordinate

activities of the ongoing programs ;

Extend support to the Regional Director on official, administrative & financial

matters;

Manage day-to-day office affairs & correspondence with other branch offices ;

Liasoning and networking with other agencies and organizations, representing

organization in meetings, workshops & seminars internally & externally;

Organize & coordinate need-based & capacity building training programs as & when

required;

Qualifications & skills :

§ Masters degree in Social Science or related field

§ At least 2-3 years experience of working in similar position

§ Should possess good command over English (writing & speaking)

§ Knowledge in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint & Internet

§ Ability to work in a team environment in an openly communicative way.

Scale of Payment & Other Terms:

Commensurable with skills and experience.

An initial six months contract will be offered with an option for renewal after

successful completion of the term.
