Hi Ellen, I don't know anything about the BBB so I can't comment on

that, but as for eating before breathing, I think it's okay.

le has done some research that I'm sure she will share when she

returns to the board. I know since hearing that eating might be okay

(possibly benefical), I have started doing my routine less often on a

completely empty stomach. I usually wait about 1/2 hour after

eating, and if I do eat before breathing it's usually a smaller

meal. So far, it has not slowed down my loss and I like that I don't

have to be so concerned with planning my routine around an empty

stomach. Anyway, I'm curious to what le will say about this

too.
