I try and get most of my shopping done before Thanksgiving. I was able to get a few things for and today. I did 75 LL breath stretches this morning. I'm noticing that my stomach is shrinking more. I have a long ways to go, but my stomach is definitely getting smaller. I've been doing Buttups (some people call this exercise the Bridge) while lying on my back, feet flexed, I do the breathing, and while I hold my breath I bring my butt and lower back up off the floor and do small pulses. I really feel this in my stomach. Between doing this and doing Belly Flatteners my jelly belly is deflating. I'm also doing a colon cleanse which may be helping, as for the diet that I was on that didn't last very long. I've been really bad for the past 2 weeks with my eating.
