AFO Fraud Alert! Important!

Dear ers,

I am compelled to let you know that both Marmaduke Loke and

Nielson have had their orthotic - makers licenses REVOKED due to

complaints and have caused injury and suffering to persons with CMT.

Their website is still up, but please, if you have any information on

these men, PLEASE contact me. This is their website

They are NOT Medicare Providers and have stolen funds from a person with

CMT and misrepresented themselves as " knowing about CMT bracing " . They

had worked for a company called Bluebird Orthotics in San Diego,

California, but " are never in the office " . No calls are returned, and

certified mail is refused. (These men are NOT connected with orthotist

Mitch Warner).

I spent this afternoon on the phone with a young woman who has been

seriously harmed by Marmaduke Loke's brace for CMT and he has abscounded

with $7,000 of hers. This is a true story and all the CMT organizations

are being made aware of this.

If you have had AFOs or other braces made by these men and have similiar

stories, please let me know. Maramduke and have several

satilite " offices " around the U.S., so I'd like to know if anyone has

had AFOs made by them and what the outcome has been.

Obviously, this is an extremely serious matter and legal proceedings may

be forthcoming. If you know anything about these men, please respond.
