Arms & legs going numb while lying down

Hi,

Does this happen to other people? When I sleep on a soft surface

like a feather cushion or the foam egg crate pad on the bed, my arms

and legs fall asleep every time. Different ones in different

positions. As soon as I move it goes away only to return. When I

sleep without the pads this does not happen or hardly happens. It

seems the harder the surface of the mattress the better.
