Guest guest Posted May 19, 2004 Report Share Posted May 19, 2004 In the 2 months I have been taking Vitamin C plus continuing working out, I have gained 1/2 inch in both calf and biceps muscles. We measured yesterday. As I look in the mirror I can see the increase too. Plus my endurance level for everything now has changed for the better, not only at the gym.
