Vitamin C update

In the 2 months I have been taking Vitamin C plus continuing working

out, I have gained 1/2 inch in both calf and biceps muscles. We

measured yesterday. As I look in the mirror I can see the increase

too. Plus my endurance level for everything now has changed for the

better, not only at the gym.

Hi Ed, would you please explain to me Vitiman C and how much you take... I do

take it now but only 500mg a day to fight colds and stuff... Please let me

know,, or should I say clue me in... Thanks Elaine
