Hello There,

I have an IEP for my Son whom has CMT and LD (Learning Disabled). I

have him coded as OHI (other Health Impaired for the CMT) and LD for his

learning disabilities. It is hard to get two codes but we did. One thing to

always remember once you get your child on an IEP never be manipulated into

signing off that he/she does not have the health impairment or LD any longer. If

you need further information please feel free to email me.

Thanks,

Heidi in NH

Hello Again,

Also demand a full psychological evaluation and testing done by an

Occupational therapist. Even if he does not fit under the coding IEP he could

get a 504 Plan in place.
