I've been taking 3000 to 5000 mg. a day for the past few weeks (I started about a month ago but on much less). I do feel like I can wiggle my toes more than in the past and also can walk more heel toe... I'm not sure if this is accurate though because my toes tend to wiggle better in warmer weather and it has been warming up.. I want to try taking a higher dose but currently the vitamins I have are 500 mg. so I am literally takng handfuls each day. I can't afford to buy a higher dosage vitamin right now but I plan to do so when I run out. Please continue to report any positive progress you have from the Vitamin C. Thanks.
