When my herbalist tested me the other day he tested various kinds of Vitamin

C's . . . water soluble, fat soluble . . . and by various companies. I tested

deficient for the fat soluble one and instead of the listed dosage of 1 a

day, the test said I needed 10 a day. I don't know if you know that Vitamin C

will leave your body if it is not needed immediately. (Yellow color and smell

when you use the rest room, sorry to be so crass but felt since it is medical

it's not that bad) I have taken 10 a day for 3 days now and well, let's just

say, I'm keeping in every bit of it.

I asked my herbalist about the 3 month thing for the mice. He told me that

it goes by weight and they took the right amount for their weight and that is

should be the same time frame for us . . . 3 months. We are hopeful,

especially since I seem to be retaining all the C with nothing but good side

effects,

such as energy! : )

I'm all for the journals . . . keep each other posted.

your information is very much appreciated. I have a few questions if

you don't mind. How would I find a vitamin C containing fat? What brand vitamin

C are you taking in what form? And where is your herbalist? I would like to

see him.

Thank you so much.
