From what I'm understanding " Ascorbyl Palmitate " is the fat soluble version.

I am taking 10 capsules a day . . . each capsule is 400mg. It has been

described to me that the fat soluble version stays in your system and is used as

needed as opposed to flushing through your system. The maker of the ones I take

is Olympian Labs. I have used other products of theirs and been pleased.

He is located in Agoura Hills. He never uses the word " cure " as that can

get him into trouble . . . I say, I had allergies, now I don't! He is not sure
