Guest guest
Re:[] Doctors take anti-AIDS drugs, but keep mum Dear Forum It is a sorry state of affairs.in fact doctors need to come forward to see a determined and sincere effort be put in managing positive patients. Positive doctors should come forward openly to treat fellow sufferers and form their own organisation to fight for their own rights. I am a surgeon by profession who turned positive after 5 yrs of practise. I do not practise surgery anymore instead i have a PLWA group and i have devoted myself totally for the cause of PLWAs. Being positive helps me treat them better and in a more precise manner. I know quite a few doctors who are positive and are reluctant to reveal their status. they continue to be in their own field.i would like positive doctors to come together.i know we together can do a lot good for the society. Have guts, faith, determination and sincerity. Dr.Deodatta Gore E-mail: <deodattagore@...
