Steve,

In general you are right about this. I take a fat soluble version of the

vitamin so that it stays in my system until it is used up. I would still pee it

out if there was too much but this version holds it in my body longer so that

I get the full benefit. The other type will leave your body almost

immediately upon taking it if it is not immediately used. This is why I take

only

4000mg a day and am getting such great results.

Yes I'm confused about this point. The body spits out more than a certain

amount of vitamin C. If you're getting what you need through your diet then

your body spits out all of the additional vitamin C that you take.

Am I wrong about this?
